This is the right bottom panel. Ideally, you should see a web-based reader load here after you click on the link on the left panel. However, a lot of folks do not want you to link to their sites within a frame of your site, making it appear that they were still on your site. The link on the left panel should spawn a fresh window so that when you are done looking at the feed reader page, you can come back to this site.
